Q: How do I order?
A: 1. Choose your size. (Reference our fit suggestion guide if you’re not sure what size to order).
2. Choose your garment color. (Please message our shop for special color requests).
3. Choose your text color, if applicable.
4. Add any personalization or note to seller, if applicable.
5. Add item to cart.
6. Checkout. (Note: Pay once for shipping, and add all items to cart prior to checkout).

Q: How long will it take my order to arrive?
A: Our products are made to order, processing time could take between 3-5 days but we strive to complete your merchandise between 1-3 days.
Shipping can take anywhere between 2-6 business days - but if you need your order sooner, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll do what we can to accommodate!

Q: What is the material used on your designs?
A: As of now, all products are designed in house and use HTV. Designs are heat transferred to garments and last up to 50 washes with proper care (see care instructions below). Stay tuned with our shop for sublimation options in the future!

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to our items being custom made for each customer, we do not accept returns on made-to-order products. However, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we welcome customers to reach out to our shop should they have concerns about or are unhappy with their order.
